Axians kick-off 2019
Around 600 participants came together at the Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Liederhalle Stuttgart to discuss the previous financial year and future developments at this joint kick-off event.
The motto of “right here, right now” permeated the entire event which was attended by employees of Axians IT Solutions, Axians Industrial Applications & Services, Axians NEO Solutions & Technology and DUALITY.
In addition to a welcoming opening and talks in the inviting Hegel Hall on the first day, specialist presentations and team meetings also took place on the second day in separate conference rooms. During these sessions, highlights from the product range were presented to employees as well as a detailed outlook for 2019. In addition to the joint meetings, the evening get-together in the beautifully decorated Hegel Hall reinforced the sense of unity.
Feedback from colleagues was consistently positive: “There were happy faces all round. What I really loved was the special atmosphere and the willingness to talk about how we can improve. The combination of atmosphere and strategy is just spectacular”, reported a representative from Axians management.
