The legitimate interest on the part of in.Stuttgart arises from the interest in carrying out or initiating business relationships with customers, interested parties, suppliers and other business partners and in maintaining personal contact with contact persons.

4. Matomo

We use the “Matomo” web analysis tool to tailor our website to your needs. Matomo creates usage profiles based on pseudonyms. For this purpose, permanent cookies are stored on your device for 13 months and read out by us. In this way we are able to recognize returning visitors and count them as such.

5. Embedding videos

We embed videos from YouTube and Vimeo on our website that are not stored on our servers. So that calling up our websites with embedded videos does not automatically result in third-party content being reloaded, in a first step we only display locally saved preview images of the videos. This means that the third party provider does not receive any information. Only after clicking on the preview image will the third-party content be reloaded. In this way, the third-party provider receives the information that you have accessed our site and the usage data that is technically required in this context. We have no influence on further data processing by the third party provider. By clicking on the preview image, you give us your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR to reload the content of the third party provider.

Please note that the embedding of many videos means that your data will be processed outside the EU or the EEA. In some countries, there is a risk that authorities will access the data for security and monitoring purposes without you being informed or being able to appeal.

6. Newsletter order

Purpose of data processing / legal basis:

You have the opportunity to order our newsletter through various channels (this website, at trade fairs). The legal basis for data processing in the context of sending newsletters is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 a) GDPR and Section 7 Paragraph 2 UWG. The purpose of data processing when ordering the newsletter is to inform newsletter subscribers about offers, promotions, products, events and services.

If you register for the free newsletter, we need your e-mail address as a mandatory information. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation link. If you do not give your consent within 7 days via the confirmation link, the link will become invalid and your email address will be deleted. If you click on the link contained therein, you are registered for the newsletter. You will be informed of this by another email. By confirming the registration, you confirm your consent to the processing of your email address for the purposes mentioned here. For evidence purposes, we then save the time, the IP address used when ordering the newsletter, your name, the e-mail and a note of consent via double opt-in on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to be able to meet our accountability.

You can revoke your consent to the subscription to the newsletter at any time with effect for the future by clicking the corresponding unsubscribe link in one of the newsletters or by sending an email to info@liederhalle-stuttgart.de.

For marketing measures towards existing customers, Section 7 (3) UWG can also apply. The legal basis for data processing under the requirements of Section 7 (3) UWG is our legitimate interest in carrying out marketing measures for existing customers.

We generally exclude the transfer of data to third parties. We have commissioned the service provider Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Strasse 126, 10179 Berlin, to carry out the newsletter dispatch. We have carefully selected, audited and contractually committed to Art. 28 GDPR.

If you revoke your consent to receive the newsletter, the data collected for this purpose will be deleted immediately, unless they are also required for another purpose.

 

7. Event request

We will of course treat personal information that you give us using the “Inquire about your event” contact form confidentially. We use your data exclusively for the purpose of processing your request. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest on the part of in.Stuttgart arises from the interest in answering inquiries from our customers, business partners and interested parties about booking inquiries.

All personal information that you send us in response to inquiries will be deleted or securely anonymized by us no later than 90 days after the final response has been given to you. The retention of 90 days is explained by the fact that it can occasionally happen that you have to contact us again about the same matter after an answer and refer to the previous correspondence. Experience has shown that there are generally no more questions about our answers after 90 days.

10. Userlike

Purpose of data processing / legal basis:

This website uses chat software provided by Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany. You can use the chat like a contact form to chat almost in real time with our staff. When you start the chat, the following personal data is processed Date and time of the call,

  • browser type/version,
  • IP address,
  • operating system used,
  • URL of the previously visited website,
  • amount of data sent.
  • And if specified: Company name, first name, last name, and email address.

Depending on the course of the conversation with our staff, further personal data that you provide to us may be processed in the chat. You decide which data you make available to us. This could be, for example, your name or your contact details. The data processing depends on your request or the problem you describe to us. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the context of the use of our chat is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in providing you with a quick and efficient way of contacting us and thus improving our customer service and ensuring the security of our information technology systems.

By calling up our website, the chat widget is loaded in the form of a JavaScript file from AWS Cloudfront. The chat widget technically represents the source code that runs on your computer and enables the chat.

In addition, we store the chat history for a period of 30 days. This serves the purpose of sparing you extensive explanations of the history of your enquiry under certain circumstances as well as for the constant quality control of our chat offer.

An automated decision-making including profiling does not take place.

11. Usercentrics

Purpose of data processing / legal basis:

This website uses the cookie consent technology from Usercentrics to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies on your device or to the use of certain technologies and to document them in compliance with data protection regulations. The provider of this technology is Usercentrics GmbH, Rosental 4, 80331 Munich, website: usercentrics.com/de/ (hereinafter "Usercentrics"). This is a contract stipulated by data protection law, which ensures that Usercentrics processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Usercentrics also saves a cookie in your browser in order to be able to assign the consent you have given or to be able to revoke it. The data collected in this way will be stored until you ask us to delete it, delete the Usercentrics cookie yourself or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention requirements remain unaffected.

The legal basis is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Letter f of the GDPR. The data processing takes place in the interest of our public relations and communication.

If you would like to object to certain data processing over which we have an influence, please contact the contact details given in the legal notice. We will then check your objection or, if necessary, forward it to the social media platform.

If you send us a request on the social media platform, depending on the required response, we may also refer you to other, secure communication channels that guarantee confidentiality. You always have the option of sending us confidential inquiries to the address given in the legal notice.

As already stated, we pay attention to the places where the provider of the social media platform gives us the opportunity to make our social media pages as data protection compliant as possible. In particular, we therefore do not use the demographic, interest-based, behavior-based or location-based target group definitions for advertising that the operator of the social media platform may make available to us.
