Beethoven-Hall

With over 2,100 seats spread across the stalls and gallery, the Beethoven Hall is the largest room in the culture and convention centre. Its special shape and the materials used – a mixture of exposed concrete and fine woods such as teak, alder and maple – ensure outstanding acoustics not only during performances involving the hall’s concert organ.

The hall also features

  • Renowned for its outstanding acoustics

  • 12 boxes
  • a gallery with optional tables
  • a choir stage with sliding wall partitioning
  • point hoist systems on the stage as well as in the hall and foyers

  • a large-scale projection screen
  • a hydraulically adjustable stage
  • a water fountain on request
