The Liederhalle culture and convention centre is an accessible venue, with no thresholds at any entrance and doors wide enough for wheelchair users. Several lifts suitable for people with disabilities are available at all times to ensure that changing floor is not a problem. Special toilets can be found in all the foyers. Please be aware, that the seats on the galleries in the Beethoven Hall and Hegel Hall have restricted access.
The Beethoven Hall and Hegel Hall have an audio induction loop with top quality reception in the stalls. Hearing aids should be switched to the induction loop “T” setting for this.
Discounts on admission fees vary depending on the event. Individual halls have a limited number of wheelchair places. Booking/reservation is therefore essential. To do so, please contact the relevant organisers directly. We would be happy to set up a wheelchair platform for you at unseated concerts. Walking aids and wheelchairs can be stored outside halls on request.
Local public transport stops can be found just a few metres from the main entrance to the Liederhalle culture and convention centre. Marked disabled spaces are available in the surrounding underground car parks. Please use the vehicle entrance on the right, in the Liederhalle/Bosch-Areal car park, for accessible entry to our building.
If you need any further assistance on the premises, please contact the reception. Our staff will be happy to help you.
